Trouble is, if you go on the pc it stimulates your brain even more so makes it even harder to sleep.
I am currently working a 12hr shift, so will be trying to sleep in morning, however neighbour is doing fence tomorrow.

I find it easier to sleep during the day normally, how fucked up is that!

I stayed up all night the other day and just went to work in the morning. I was well knackered by the time I got to go home but it was better than lying in bed trying unsuccessfully to sleep.

Wont get to sleep untill about 3 or 4, then im up at 7 for work...happens day in day out. But iv got that post war depression shite from Iraq, cheers MR Blair

i cant sleep either but im really tired lol. i usually get about 10 hours sleep on my days off then about 6-7 hours on work days
