Alrighty,
was speaking to a few college mates the other day and we were discussing a small business for about a 10k investment that could expand and make some decent money with hard work and commitment.
What sort of business would you start for the above? it would be between a few of us something to make some extra ££££
local removal business?
Gardening service... although seasonal
valet business
Mobile car service - Car serviced at customers work place etc (oil change etc)
anything else, looking for more ideas before i would try to get something in motion!
Cheers

You could do all of those without £10k.

To be honest from reading that it sounds like your doing it for the sake of it.
I wouldnt start up a business unless I knew the background of something and knew it was definately what i wanted to do, not people putting ideas in and choosing one out of the hat.

mine would be a gunsmith as they are few skilled experts working for themselves. I would tool up and work from home and maybe even call outs.
Im currently thinking it through as a real possibility. I had enough of IT.

Eventually i would like to have some sort of heating and ventilation business but i have another few years left of studying and need to gain experience before that happens.
ideally a business with a good turnover and hours that can suit me basically.
At the moment i have an ice-cream van which is doing pretty good but then u just get greedy
property development i agree is probably going to be one of the best and somethng i would like to get into, just dont have the money for that at the moment

Something I knew, I wouldn't pretend to know how to do something just because I thought I could make money of it, because invariably you wouldn't.
Something with no overheads would be good.

In my profile there is a website. It's my website. It's a genuine thing. If someone fills it in, i'll get an email with their details on. I'll then send them an infomation pack for what its about.
