Dunno if anyone will be bothered enough to do it, but if you can then cheers Any recipes that you are really good at making (and dont mind sharing!) then stick em down here

Mine - Turkey breast and spinach with parmesan omlette wrapped in bacon, served with sweet potato.

(Enough for 4 people)
Place bacon down, thin turkey steak on top, pan fry some chopped spinach so its softened, and place on top of that. Then mix 3 eggs with about half a small tub of grated parmesan and either make 4 small omlettes or (which is quicker) make one normal one and chop it into 4 pieces, and place on top of the bacon/turkey/spinach. Roll them up into a little parcel and hold together with cocktail sticks. Place in a caserole pot with about half a bottle of white wine and rosemary, and leave in the oven at 200 degrees C for around 45 minutes. While thats cooking, dice up some sweet potato and butternut squash (or other veg if you want) and stick that in the oven for the last half hour ish with the rest. Healthy and tasty meal

Soup i made tonight was really nice too...

2 carrots, 1 leek, one huge onion, 1 butternut squash, 2 sticks of celery. cooked all that up then removed about 1/3 of it and put it in the blender with some slices of red jalapeño and a tablespoon of wholegrain myustard. Blended that with some boiling water and added back to the rest, and then added a litre of veg stock along with some paprika and cumin

Chicken and pinapple..

Cook onion and carrot sliced in a little amount of oil.

Dice chicken and place into the pan.

Once chicken is cooked, pour a tin of pineapple in juice into the pan.

Use Soya sauce to add flavour, normally 4-5 spoon fulls, but add change when you have your flavour.

Add a small amount of bicarbonate of soda to thicken up the sauce.
