They are all fucking worthless fucks. End of

Why is it that every time a parcel gets delivered to my flat, the deliver person rings the doorbell and fails to wait longer than 1 milisecond for me to answer the intercom?

Why is it that the post man was too lazy to write more than one delivery card for the two parcels that got delivered yesterday so that when I went down to the Post Office I could collect both mine and my flat mates parcels?

Why do I have to pay for delivery, and then have to drive all the way to the other side of Birmingham to collect parcels every time I order something even though I am always in when they attempt to deliver

So I went the the post office with the card. Got a parcel that wasn't for me and couldn't get my parcel because I have no card for it. Didn't have the consignment number either because I had a card and didn't realise my flatmate was getting a parcel too.

Plus the post office is only open for 2 hours a day and it's very inconvenient to have to get there between 10 and 12.

Did it not say on the card two parcels? Should you not have pointed that out at the Post Office

I tried to use parcel 2 go the other day to send an item.......they took the money from my paypal account and never sent the courier to pick the items up! After several arguements on the phone with some dumb bint, they finally accepted they were wrong! They even said they had no evidence of a transaction!!!! should have full refund on monday hopefully!

But yes, it is annoying when they ring the door bell and shoot off before the ring has even stopped! (not saying all post people are like that!)

No, they just have a tick box which was ticked as packet. Perhaps you should read the first post too.

welsh dan will stick up for rm all day long (as he works for them) even though in a good few circumstances for me they have fucked up.

I have had many a parcel go missing, stolen and many times people can't be arsed to update there system which makes my tracking number absolutelt fucking useless.

It's been 1 in 6 parcels that have actually been delivered to my door like I paid for in the last month or so. It's verging on annoying.

My hate list goes as following (1 being the worst):

1. Initial City Link
2. Parcel Force
3. Target.

When I had my guitars delivered I had to pay £15 each time yet collect them from 3 miles away each time because they wouldnt deliver to any other address nor tell me when they were coming

Still cannot believe the distribution market is still so customer offensive

Yea, back at home we have no issues. They always deliver and the Post Office is open an astonishing 9 hours a day, this is in the countryside too in comparison to the 2 hours of opening time you get in the city centre of Brimingham. I mean, what they fuck?

I'll stick up for them, when people are being misguided or somewhat biased (or trying to hide the fact that they cocked up and want to blame someone else). At the end of the day, things do get lost/stolen whatever, but just the same as with any courier. I've read the first post, but it only states that he left one card, for two items.

It doesn't mention whether or not he wrote on the card that there were two parcels. Perhaps, you should be a bit clearer. You clearly know that there were two parcels, which would suggest that the postman did mark the card to say that there were two items and so its your fault that you didn't mention it when you collected them.

If he didnt write on the card that there were two items, then the postman is a twat. However, given that you knew there were two parcels, then you must have been told, presumably by the postman (written on the card). Whilst the postman probably could have done with writing two cards, I think that this is a bit of a cock up on your part.

The point being cock face is that I didn't know that there were two parcels. hence the reason why I say read the first post you fucking twat. The card arrived. It didn't even have the recipients name written on it, it didn't say that there were more than one parcel. Hell, it didn't even have the full address on it. IF the fucker had written the fucking recipients name on the fucking card then I would have known that it wasn't for my fucking parcel and I would have known that there was a problem there and I would have gon to the fucking depot with the consignment number.

Oh, and there is the fact that the sender of my fucking parcel paid for delivery before 1pm. Guess what, delivery was attempted at about 3pm.

Now sut the fuck up you cunt unless you read the WHOLE fucking post and have something constructive to say.

Steady on there Ed "Brains of Britain". Stop getting in such a strop and being a stupid cunt. I read the whole post, but you might have left out one or five important details.

Please highlight the relevant section in the first post, which says that they ticked it as a packet.

The point I was getting at, is how do you now know that there were two items?

From what I can understand from your ramblings, you were expecting an item, you had a card and went to the delivery office to collect it. Upon going there, you were given an item that wasn't for you, but you couldn't get your own item?

Fair enough, the postman should have written on the card that there were two items, that is if he actually tried to deliver both items yesterday. It stands to reason, that if both items would to be delivered on the same day, he would have written on the one card that there were two items. If he didn't, it would probably be more likely that he tried to deliver one of hte items on a different day and another card would have been left.

At the end of the day, i'm not that bothered, as its not inconvenienced me in the slightest and i'm not the one getting in a shitty over it
