my head gasket has now gone and a guy i know who is a good mechanic says he can do it in his spare time for 350 with new belt and oil! is this good or should i look around elsewere? thanks jay

try looking else were first just say yo've had that quote could you do any cheaper etc just blag ya way basicallky

£350 is a bit pricey seeing as he's a "mate"..the garages round by me wanted the same price..

But a mate of mine done it for £150 including all parts? lol
