I'm doing mine too atm
contact details
personal profile (2/3lines as summary)
education/qualifications RELEVANT to the job application (no need to list all GCSEs if you've a degree, 8 GCSEs at A-C grade (as an eg) will suffice - also saves space on one line!
skills - communication, team work, motivation etc
employment history - make the job role/title bold so it stands out, explain relevant job experience/similar roles (to the job your applying too) with more detail
Additional information - this was my hobbies and interests section until Coventry University edited it!!
simply put in your H&I but you can also include skills that are preferred and useful information ie full clean British driving licence with own transport and others

If its for graphic design, go for a funky header etc. Show off your skills in your CV

nowadays that doesn't get that far though, needs to be different like a package or something.
My last one was my cv designed in this origami design with an elastic band. It can be packed flat but as soon as envelope is opened they pop out and fly everywhere, had 3 of them with my details on. They loved it, was best idea they had seen in years they said :-D

Best thing to do is download a template then edit yours around it.

If your sending a CV via post for a graphics design company, create your own envelops with some sort of design on it
