Mine passed with -60mm springs and standard shocks. As long as the springs don't fall out when the car is jacked up, I think you're alright.

won't fail unless the springs either fall out at the back or the front ones appear loose when the wheels are off the ground

my rear springs are cable tied in just incase but it still passed its mot.

when mine went in for the mot they had to jack it up to get it on the ramp and the same to get it off, still passed tho.

altho it was a bastard to find sum1 who would do it as they all said it is too low to get on the ramps.

oh and i have the same kit as u i think

2 options get suspension straps
http://www.rangerovers.net/rrupgrades/liftrear.jpg the black bit that holds the chassis to the rear arm.

or put in shorter shocks?

yeah but yours is about 70mm and on top of that the profile of your tyre makes it sit lower aswell
