no

that is the inlet manifold

the exhaust manifold is at the front of that engine and its red/brown. It also has no heat shield.

No, it has no heatsheild. If you look at the engine, and see the where it says DIESEL ontop of the engine, then look down from that and see 4 branches coming of the engine, well those 4 branches are the start of your exhaust manifold.
