basically im started to look around and i like the thought of having a nice standard car maybe a big bigger then mine to drive round in has really started to appeal to me, i appreciate cars and stil love modifying but iv just slowly stoped spending on my car.
I feel i have achieved what i wanted to achieve out of havin the 2nd corsa ie subtle an no fibre glass just wonderin if its time to sel up, only down side i would feel is that i havent been to any shows in it but then again its only gonna devalue as the months go on.
im no to arsed about speed of anythin just lookin for comfort and a nice car as my enjoyment would stil be to keep it imacculate.
what do you lot think?

i think your crazy!
I thought exactly this, "i'm sick of loud exhausts / lowered suspension etc" I brought my ibiza cupra, before long i was bored of the quietness / smoothness and got a 106 gti. Enough said. Everyone thought i was mad but i'm still happy!!! Kind of!!

If your fed up of the ride etc, it will get worse. I thought the same about my Corsa and once I had a thought about getting a new car I did'nt look back at all just went for it.

keep it for a bit as people are still kind of skint from crimbo (i no i am)you might wana keep it when the weather gets better etc ? and as for value corsa's are worth little or next to nothing tbh we are goin to start owning corsa's that are nearly 10 -15 years old soon

you'll never get something for £3.5k that you'll be happy with imo. Your corsa is worth alot more than that to you i would of thought.

i still dont understand,
why spend so much money just to get rid of it when its completed. You will not enjoy what you have created.

he's already said he wants something comfortable, useable, better...
I know how John feels, I'd rather have a quick standard car than a crashy, harsh modded one now.
