Cat C's are usually Structural damage (chassis rails etc), Cat D is only panel damage. Can vary quite a bit to be honest. Sometimes people will un-knowingly buy a car that's been in a worse accident than some Cat C cars, but because it was done earlier in the car's life, and the car was worth more, it would have been repaired, not written off.
Does really come down to the individual car, the repair job on it, and who did the repair (there's some dodgy people who will do some questionable things to get a car looking straight).
That fiesta looks like quite a decent car tbh. Always good to see how bad the damage was before it was repaired so you know what to look for .

No idea. Bit of a grey area valuing these types of car. Try and find a similar car on autotrader that's not Cat C'd, then maybe take 20% off it? Maybe even a little more .
