does anybody's car have the 10-pin connecter in the engine bay, as local garage says his snap-on scanner will not communicate with my car just through the 16-pin connection.

he has tried everything to get it to work but it just wont go into the fault codes.

anyone had similar

my diagnosis port isnt connected to me xe. i justm have to use the paper clip trick and the info from topbuzz.co.uk
