it would cost me around 3x the amount i paid him to go up there. I also work 7days a week and not working put me back even more. It's the principle of it more than anything

Another good reason to have some sort of seller rating in the classifieds section.
Say something viewable under there name just in that section that has + or - numbers if they have sold with no problems or caused problems when selling.
