Yeah momo did buy them out. TBH saying they look nice is like buying an engine cos it looks good whether it was a 1.0 or a 2.0 turbo.

I heard some polk momo subs and they were crap, very expensive too. As soon as MOMO put their name on it the prices doubled!

im not very up to date on components and stuff, its not like anyones gonna see them behind my doors anyway so it doesnt really matter what they look like, what would you reccomend then? im just after good sound quality

focal / infinity / diamond / fenton / JL etc... There are so many to choose from. I have infinity's at the moment but i'm looking into getting some new ones. Not that there is much wrong with the ininity's, just looking for something a bit better.
