It won't go on an X prefix engine at all, the holes are in the wrong places.
You can put bodies on a Z16XE though, and it will fit on that

Was interested in a red cover off this guy but when i saw this thread i had to confront him..Here's his reply:
Hello
We can show you a picture of our red cover if you need to see one, just send us your email address.
Also the rocker covers and other parts that we sell are all powder coated, which means anti fuel, oil, and dirt resistance.
Its durable reliabilty is very high, which means it will not flake off or easly scratch like paint or start to lose it's shine.
The PROCESS
Parts are first cleaned in our parts washer
then
they are sand blasted and chemicaly treated in three different solutions.
Then they are dryed and heated, Then we powder coat each part twice for a durability and shiney finish.
The asshole d128mat that said it was areosol chrome out of a can.
Is full of SHIT
He !!!!
Has never even seen any of our products, he is a idiot and we will be confronting him.
The rocker cover that was previously on ebay was the picture of a astra g z16xe or z14xe rocker cover. That was a mistake by us, but we have now updated the picture to the apporprite one.
Let us know if you are still interested in any of our parts.
P.S. Please post this message on corsasport
Thanks mike

I think a CS freebie is in order so we can do a product review.

More worryingly, check the painted throttle butterfly and mechanism. At best that is going to reduce airflow or flake off with heat, or at worst stick open.
