whos removed corsa rear windows before, or any window for that matter? whats the best stuff to bond new ones in with? and how do you remove the old stuff? just keep cutting it?

u can get like a chees cutter wire, thats what we use and most window people use, also u can buy specific window bonding stuf that takes about 4 hours to full dry and its about £18 a tube!

Ask at local motor factors or paint suppliers for it!

cheese wire hu, where sells it? can i get it from halfods or somewhere? the windows ill be fitting will poly carb so any bond will do really, not so heavy as glass...

Yea, you want the remover tool, not the cheese cutter. The standard adhesive is too hard to be cut out with the cheese cutter.

To get the adhesive off you can slice it off with a very sharp razor blade. Or if you cut the window out smoothly you can normally leave the old stuff on as it's not going anywhere.

You bond the windows back in using windscreen adhesive which comes in a tube that you sqirt using a caulking gun. You get some priming stuff too normally. Not to sure how it all works cos I've never done it.

You can get all this sort of stuff from shops like Brown Borthers.
