if it on the way out try just changing the gasket , oh its gonna cost you alot more if its a 16v they are alot harder to do than 8v

its a 16v, took it 2 a garage and they were umin and aring about it cos it dnt smoke it misfired and then went away. my mate sed you can get sum liquid seal what goes in the water system is this anygud? i cnt be without a car.

yeah £300 mark sounds right then
you might find it cheaper, but only by £50 if your lucky
Vauxhall will charge whatever the random number generator says...

and dont ever use something like radweld or any other sort of off-the-shelf so called repair crap, it will just cause more hastle with the engine (can block/reduce flow in radiator & other parts, put more load on waterpump n shaft it, aswell as affect how the thermostat works...)
