I have recently bought a Lexmaul inlet, via the German Ebay site. I emailed the seller before buying just to make sure that they seemed ok. She seemed really helpful. Anyway, i bidded and won. I sent the money via paypal on the 13th, she said she would post the 14th. She gave me a tracking number with a courier called hermes. Tracking number works fine, however i was slightly concerned that there was nothing in the 'order status' box. So i contacted Hermes about this. Basically, they told me the order was placed online on the 14th for it to be posted but she hasn't dropped it of at courier to deliver it. However, she told me she had posted it. I have emailed her today, but have not got a reply as of yet. Abit annoyed tbh as i wasn't very happy about ordering it from Germany in the first place, i have always been worried. But thought it would be ok. What shall i do, open a claim through paypal, not that they will do anything..

Only thing you can do is 'Item Not Received' jobby. Other option is to go to Germany.

Bit pants though I won't be ordering from Germany.

Sellers who have courier acounts create all the numbers and stuff online then the courier can pick it up later.

Theres nothing out of the ordinary yet.
