Tis instead of buying selling property or buying to let on your own they go on about managing getting discounts on solicitors fees, managing the propertys finding you new ones getting you off-plan propertys at massive discounts, and organising deals for you if you are after getting into property.
went to one of their 'free' seminars last night with my parents, and they wanted 2500 to go on a two day course and gaurantee of help from their mortgage brokers, solitictors ect when you need, and its 6000 to become a full member where they find the propertys and manage them for you for 3% of the deal
............. nobody been then ?

yep that
They wont let any info out for free, other than their basic principles of how they work.
....... apart from at the end of the seminar main speaker said who lieks stuff for free....... (that old one) one woman shouted me and he gave her the DVD you can get if you go on the 2500 course for free .......... supposedly worth its weight in gold.......... think i might book on another free one and shout me then get it on the bay

Agree with brett, with the right amount of research and knowledge, you can do anything they will pay to tell you.

apparently they will, they get large discounts on off plan propertys because say Baratt want to sell 25 % off plan Inside Track 'supposadly' get 25% a lot cheaper than individual buyers due to them buying in bulk............. but they dont buy they directly sell to their members at the price.

They'll blag you and say they'll give you massive discounts. But at the end of the day, there's nothing stopping yourself ringing a property developer i.e. Roand Bardsley and asking "have you got any developments that will be started in the next 2yrs?" then they'll say "yes" then you simply enquire, buy very early from plans and get a discount.

true but they have solicitors ect and i'm sure if what they state is true, then you'll make far less mistakes going through them, with their solicitors ect IE you'd never have to fuck about as much

But you'd be paying their solicitors. It's just a big way for them and anyone associated with them to make money. Of course they'll want you to use their solicitors
But if you buy a £100k house, then have to give them 3% which is £3k + the solictors and other fees on top that is mega mega shite

you dont, you can go on the course for 2500, then ring their solicitors or mortgage brokers for advice free forever, and use them if you want.......... and never give 3% of any deal.
