Woke up at 2pm on Saturday... been awake ever since

Tried getting pissed to pass out last night, just ended up lying in bed with a pal and feeling myself get sober

still not tired...

Have a wank before bed and some horlics, if its stuff on your mind keeping you awake then get a pad of paper and write it down, it definately helps. If you still really can't sleep then you could go and see your doctor who would prescribe something like temazepam. but its only a short term solution. I took it for 3 days last year when i was going through a particularly bad patch and it did the job
