Right guys i want to sound proof my boot, my 2 front doors and rear 1/4 panels.. the rolls come in 18'' by 32'' how many rolls u guys think i'd need to do so??

also if u have any other ideas on places i should sound proof please tell me

Just the things you've said as far as im aware.

Just take a saturday afternoon in the sun and go round tightening up bolts and screws.

Other than that, if its for your sound system, turn it up, find a rattle, mat it or tighten it, turn it up again, find the next one and so on..

Oops forgot to add, I used 4 and a half rolls on my 97 corsa b, but that stopped it all for me.

coz iv read that you need 2 rolls for each door, then 2 rolls for boot, 1 roll for boot lid and 2 rolls for rear quarter panels??

so all together 9 rolls?

5, 6 at the very most if you do it right.

Theres no need for every little bit to be covered, a big sqaure in the middle of a panel does it. Its only to reduce vibrations , not to hold the car together.

Unless its a 106 or saxo, id then recommend to plaster it all.
