has anyone put the turbo from the 1.5td corsa b onto a 1.2 16v corsa b? is this possible? cheers

Possible....yes
but not easy and prob very expensive

what would be involved and whats the expense? are the manifolds the same on both engines or would it need to be bodged on?

my m8 did a similar thing to a 1.1 pug 205 with a 1.4 engine in it.
he had the turbo from a 306 1.9TD and parts from a Renault 5 modded and welded to fit the 1.4
It was rapid lol it used to pull off the clock  and the turbo would glow red and the wires in the engine bay even set on fire once. It was build for a bit of fun lol then it went BANG!

I think you may have to weld a mount on as well.
