If i didnt have the commitment of a baby then i'd have no probs in splashing money out on some bike carbs/TB's.

I have been keeping a keen eye on Megasquirt on Ebay.

The only problem is im not very clued up on mapping and i dont like the idea of paying someone nearly 500 to map it.

i'll have paid off my loan end of this month so ill have an extra 300 a month so might save up for few months.

Also looking into turboing the 1.6 with one of Matheus's kits

Thats what I mean, if you got the megasquirt, you would only have to spend about the same amout the lexmaul cost on bike carbs. Just an idea.

Rob I just picked up an old copy of Practical Perfomance car which happens to have a 4 page feature on setting megasquirt up, you can borrow it if you like.
