what is the best way to do this ups ect or post office which is cheaper.

in a box, like a shoe box, with loads of protective stuff inside (wrap it in a bag then surround with newspapers)

then send either through parcelforce or special delivery

i used parcel2go.com last time

yep, I paid £7.40 yesterday for one....with loads of wrapping
