That and the fact it has no SH would put me off from paying £1200.

I could say i've serviced my car......

Depends wether you trust him. Unless I've seen reciepts for parts, i'd class it as bullpoo.

It's got 118k on it so i'd say max of £700.

I bought a 1995 1.4 8v with 61k on it for £500 not that long back.

Steve, what I think the seller means is he's a normal guy, who can change spark plugs.

Hey guys, its my car as advertised here:

http://www.corsasport.co.uk/board/viewthread.php?tid=324522

There have been a couple of crossed wires, it had full SH upto when I bought it, I've then done them since. No point paying someone to do something you can do yourself!

It had clutch, thrust bearing and the flywheel machined (whatever that means!) at 92k miles

Cambelt was done about 7 months later, but the mechanic didn't write the milage down properly, i'd estimate it at about 100k goin by my usual milage.

Lot of miles in the last 2 years have been on motorway visiting the missus at uni every other weekend.

I have dropped the price from the original advert, but I'm keeping it slightly higher as I've owned it for 2 and half year and not had a single problem with it. Flown through all MOTs and never let me down. I know that the car is mechanically sound and drives fantastic. Not your run of the mill thrashed and modified Corsa.
