i ordered some speakers off ebay, got a note throught the post yesterday sayin we have tried to deliver your item but you werent in please ring to confirm another delivery,
so i rang straight away and arranged for today and booked the day off so i didnt miss them, then they have never turned up, i rang the number they gave me and the woman said o i phoned in sick, do you lot think theres anything i can do? like claim for the day i had off?

I was going to say, if that was RM, they shouldn't have let you ask for a redelivery today, if you rang yesterday.
