Cheapest of the cheap laptops where from...

something dirt cheap, just need it for working from home only needs to run word, exel and Cs. maybe wireless internet but dont mind using a usb pen one.

i think pc world may have some cheap laptops at the moment, you could try looking at their website.
alternatively try trawling newspaper classifieds and ebay for cheap second hand ones

dell or maybe even woolworths are your best bet, seen some cheapies on there
