Found a holiday I want to book with a tour operator called Lets Go Canaries Ltd, however it says on the advert ONLY FAM/COUPLES 30YRS + Presentation Req.
Surely this comes under age discrimination

18-30 is just the name though, you can book with them if you 17, or 31, or 40 alike.
This company however will only let you book if your 30+ & a couple or with kids

Hmmm i think you maybe right here colin as this is discrimination. I would phone the company and talk to them first if not refer them to your local trading standards.

ADA is more to do in the workplace/emplyers/employees/job applications etc.. iirc

As abdus said the Age Discrimination Act was put in place for the workplace and employers/employees iirc.

There was a case like that in wales where a hostel owner wouldnt let UK nationals stay in his hostel. Only foreign visitors were allowed he was then reported for racial discrimination and told to allow British backpakers to stay or face being shutdown.
