Get a bit of movement in your knees and you'll be flying around in no time. you had the bollocks to try it, which is the hardest part

You were leaning too far back, almost as though you expected to crash. Bring your weight more on to your front foot and try to focus on where you are going to land. The feeling of flying through the air is ace, beats messing around on bits of metal.

I got caught out on something like that, a seriously steep bit of off piste whichthey had groomed and put a mound/jump across it at the bottom before it linked back up with the piste. But cos it was snowing etc. i couldnt see, so went tearing down it and landed exactly like that right on my tailbone, ouch!

We built a kicker half way down a blue run...towards the end of the week the pistes were getting a bit icy so we jsut played on that all day.

One lad went over it in only his boots and goggles and i have it on my Dv Camera too
