Has anyone had any trouble with this ? are they ok about it? It says a 28day policy thing, but the game is fucked and its not coz i booted it around the house.. should I be able to get another if its a technical fault?

Yeah you should be able to if its returnable within 28 days.

I sent somin back to them and they turn around was about a week and they refunded the postage it cost me to send the item back. Good service IMHO.

You have to pay for recorded deliovery but they reimbeurse you the cost.

TBH, this is false economy. I went into HMV last Tuesday, and even if you got 10% off it would be cheaper to just go pay the marked price in gamestation. Same applies for most cds in there too
