The shells in his yard are for Focus Cosworth conversions for customers Jay

He does the fabrication work so you can bolt everything from the donor car up and have a RWD/4WD Focus on the cheap

If they'd got a website, I'd e-mail them

Ben Birch who used to work for Performance Ford is having one built and the welding of a new tunnel and the suspension bits cost him 2.5k, but then you can bolt everything up.

How old are the hills?

I'd have thought they'd been around since before 2004
