What do people use?

My arms are toned, my legs are like tree trunks and i have no bum

But i have my little belly.

lol try stackers instead, £30 for 100 tablets and only work if you put the effort in when training otherwise you will just feel like shit and get light headed. but personaly i wouldnt bother with anything and just eat the right foods. much more healthier

Would such pills help though?

I eat Bran Flakes for breakfast.

A chinease takeaway tub of fresh fruit.. for lunch

Meal for dinner (always have salad / veg with it)

If i do get hungry i have a cheese toasty about 7pm (my only vice)

I play football for 3 hrs tues, 1 hour Wed and Thurs and a game sat and sun.

Its just my damn pot belly

I do sit ups (though usually lasts a few days then dont do any for 4 days due to wkd and tiredness)

I dnt drink really once every 2 mths i may go and get rat arsed

My arse was better with some rounding, playing in goal and landing on my bum kills

try leg raises mate but when legs vertical in the air lift your hips slightly and hold it, hurts like hell after just 10 reps and you cant breath. i always hated doing them with my cousin cos he used to make me do them properly and he would ways swing his legs up instead of lift and i was pissed at that lol. could always tell he was a cheat when i put my arm out to stop his legs going too far and he would just smack my arm back.

I do those funky leg lifts and still it seems so slow...

i went to the gym every day for 2 mths and controlled my eating and lost 2 stone.. but im just too tired these days to do that

he means ephadryn. you can get the illegal ones wich are meant to be strong and "work" apparenly or you can get stackers wich contain the same drug just not as strong but do the same thing imo

multivitamins will help loads with tiredness - ask Brett.

Better off getting an ECA stack which is:
Ephedrine - raises body temp, increases metabolism and supresses the appetite

Caffeine - released adrenline which also helps increase metabolism

asprin - also increases metabolism

yeh asprin mixed with 2 stacks also a strong black coffee.. i used to do all that stuff but ended up with chest pains some times. not good

haven't you already lost a fair amount of weight anyway? how were you doing that?

I've went from 13 stone and a half - to 10 stone 7... gradually over a few years.

I'm currently on a 'get fit' mission... gonna cut all my fat off, to then bulk up / tone up after.

Down to 10 stone 3 currently, I reckon by this time next week I'll be 9 stone 8.

I just find, eat protein, cut carbs, cut fat, exercise - Drink loads of water.

Easy.

your best bulking first and then cutting so your muscles become more defined and toned. Otherwise you'll just end up trying to put the weight on you lost!

Why in gods green earth are you trying to get down past 10 stone???

Im going to the gym, I am normally about 13 stone, I am aiming for 14.5 by the summer.

And you dont want to cut off your fat and then bulk up...

You bulk up, then you cut and tone. Thats the way you work otherwise its false economy and you're not going to get anywhere mate, you will loose fat just by training, you will put on marginly amounts of fat bulking anyway, most of which you will use for building muscle.

Then you can do high reps and med weights to tone and cut after you've built up that muscle. You have to build up the muscle and then cut it back to reveal it.

Why anyone would want to be lighter than 14 stone if they are trying to tone up is beyond me..

Also this is really the wrong time of the year to be bulking, you should bulk between october and jan or so, then start working towards cutting and defining really
