it was a piss take...
A cruise is an illegal gathering of cars at a secret location known by only a few people and held on a Saturday. To get there you need to join a convoy and play follow the leader. Once at the location many people will park up and wander round talking to other cruisers, admiring/mocking other cars and generally having a laugh. Some people will have a play ranging from handbrakes to J turns. Donuts to sliding on Maccies trays. The police will often shut these events down and so backup locations are usually part of the plan. Yes, persieved as arsing about. But is part of the cruise. A propper cruise isn't legal, has never been legal, and never should be legal.
A meet is a regular occurrence at the same location normally weekly and on a week night. Usually organised by "cruise" sites as a means of advertising and originally concocted as a means to organise a cruise with full details given out to the public domain but with out the fear of the police shutting it down. As after all it was a "meet". Now they are filled with chavs, pricks and are the number one reason why cruising is dead.

yes but then they come back and post on here saying they got pulled for having certain things wrong eg blue sidelights.. then they just get laughed at. i'm saving him the embarrassment (sp?)
