theyre only bothered about performance mods
cosmetic ones do not affect your premium

They are good, the only niggle that i had with them was that when my windscreen cracked (im fully comp) there was no seperate excess for glass. So it would have cost me my main excess (£130) and a years no claims if i had gone through them. Jus went private in the end only cost £100

customer sevice is shockingly bad
they still owe me £150 from 8 months ago
making a claim is impossible and they take ages
still waiting for my no claims certificate
dont include a lot of the basic things other companies do
lots of dodgy clauses in their terms and conditions.
I was with them for 1 year, never again. a mate had his car insured with them, it was stolen. 3 months on Quinn are still dragging their heels, wont provide a hire car and find a loophole in their t&c for every eventuality to avoid paying him
At the last count, the insurance ombudsman had 270+ outstanding complaints against quinn in the UK. (1 being mine for the £150 they owe me as even though the policy ended they continued to take 3 further monthly payments from my credit card details they had on file without my consent all in 1 month!)

Yes, me too, great service, when i did my engineers report sent it to ireland and had my updated policy to me within 5 days. Declared lowering and backbox on my insurance and the premium didnt budge. Have changed the car on the policy 5 times aswell and they were great every time. And damn those irish women sound sexy

My brother was with them, hes now left them as they were useless. he had a small bump (woman went into the side of him) she took responsiblity, Quinn then tried to say it was his fault!? Countless phonecalls, letters, emails, and 3 months down the line the car is finally repaired. Many times he had people saying they would call him back, but they never did

they do sound good but on their front page it says the following:
Vehicle Requirements ▪ Registered in the Republic of Ireland or the United Kingdom in your own name or your spouse's name
1; Valued at no more than €100,000 or £75,000
2; Not a convertible, soft top, sports utility vehicle, cabriolet or kit car
3; No modifications/adaptations to increase top speed, performance or acceleration
4; Not a car van or 2-seater jeep (this applies to Northern Ireland and UK residents only)
so what i dont understand is how wrighty and butler have managed to declare their backbox and aftermarket exhaust system and they have allowed it!
