I have seat covers on at the moment, but i was thinking of taking them off. I lifed them up and the seats underneith look a little dity. Whats the best way to clean them ?

i used a foam cleamer and my old serats come up great.

Anything i could use that would be laying arround the house ? Would i just rub them with a spounge ?

My car often smells damp, I think it's the seats that smell a little as they've been in a garage for months and months before I bought them.. Can anyone reccomend anything for that?

I have some stain remover somewhere, would that do ? Any other products which i could use. Might go out and do it soon.

i went to my local morrissons and hire'd sumit called the rug doctor it does carpets an car seats its gud mine came up really clean

I usually borrow my folks vaccum with shampoo setting...works really well, and you can buy a quick drying shampoo so you don't leave yourself carless!

Go to Halfords. They do all sorts of Seat cleaning products. Auto Glym for example

That AutoGlym stuff is good. Brought my Metro seats up a treat.

Dissolved a washing tablet in some hot water and went out and gave them a scrub with a cloth.

Just waiting on them to dry. Pitty the standard seats didn't look better though
