no one should be stupid enough to pay into a company pension scheme, private all the way or just save it and invest it yourself in the future. If you have enough and find a decent broker you can get much better gains.

i have an nhs pension, which is ace, and garanteed to be there when i need it and only pay 6%, NHS pays other 14

yes and no, on a company pension, you dont pay all of it, usually you pay about 14% and they pay about 6%. if you do it yourelf then youd be paying it all
