Have been looking at astras but dont want to go for one car only as I'd like a few ideas ?

Needs to be quite nippy.

Needs to have decint boot space.

Needs to be reliable !

Might help

Polo GTI for about 3.5K +

Arosa/Lupo Tdi are hard to find but really fun to drive. 75bhp as standard but 115bhp with a remap & about 270lb/ft of torque!
