i snapped my corsa key and the car is a write off so no log book etc i have the hole key but is snapped can any one help me i need to get a KEY TODAY or do i need to ordear one

i had the same thing happen to me. It will cost a fortune to get a new key from vauxhall made so get another lockset and ignition barrel from the scrappers for £30. Break into car (boot lock with screwdriver and hammer wont take long)

If your key has a chip, take the chip from old key and put it inside the housing on the new key. Sorted!

ok what about the door locks etc and boot lock there all just 1 key though thanks mate

its not snapped in the ignation barrel though

if the cars wrote off why do you need a key for it?

If your planning on fixing it then as i said get a full lock set and ignition barrel as the 1 key fits all locks and ignition obviously.

becouse i done all the work on it now and ready for mot a week today so i need to drive it there which i cant now becouse of the key

just hade phone call from lock smith they wont 105 sood paying that much for a key
