If you get the RS you cant use it every day nor leave it in car parks, so if you get rid of the GSi you will also need a shitter added to the equation.

I'd keep the gsi mate, tidy looking car and always going to have less trouble running that than a rst!

It's a car, not a statue.
Buy it, use it, fix it if it gets scratched, same as you would with the GSi.

I picked the RST, simply because it has the potential to be made to go alot faster. The GSi possibly looks better though

How much could you get for the GSi??? if your going to need to add about £2.5k to get the RST then maybe LET-ing the GSi would be a better idea???

dont know how much i could get the gsi sold for, if i was to buy the rst it would be through a bank loan.... thought about letting the gsi. insurance would be a killer? 1200 fully comp on the rst at the moment when i phoned up

How reliable are RST's??? Will probably be a money pit, even a good one!! If you have a loan to pay + upkeep on a 17yr old turbocharged car....might get a bit heavy going!!

Because they get stolen, my dads had two and two XR3i's and they were all stolen.

Last year my mate picked up a minter S2 one owner from new, left in a car park for half an hour came back and it as gone. Also they attract a lot of vandalism etc.

Just think they make nice cars for occasional use and abuse just not every day cars
