they're rare because no-one bought them, and they're made to order, irmscher-bits may list them, but it'd take them a long time to get one in.

Yes....badly

I was trying to find a Steinmetz one but they are super-dooper rare. Irmscher don't do one (?) for the B, but I could try & adapt one off a C

Or go gor something that looks nice. Irmscherbit.s.com have some Richbrook ones with the Vauxhall logo on, thats my back up choice
