Peugots...

Its just taken 25 mins in the fucking freeeezing wind to change the drivers side headlight as you have to disassemble half the engine bay to get to it, then it takes 20 mins to figure out how the fuck the clip stays in place because THEY HIDE EVERYTHING IN PLACES WHERE HANDS CANT GO

Not to mention the bonnet release is hidden in the car somewhere as well

Just another way of the corporate wankers getting more money out of you - joe public wouldn't be arsed and would take it into a Peugeot garage, with them charging 1hr labour.

It's always something that gets overlooked when they design the car. I dread to think how difficult it's going to be to change a bulb on my Punto. The lights are practically part of the bumper...

Why aren't all cars as easy to disasseble as a Corsa...

sounds like a 206.... they not meant to be a bit of a bugger to change the bulbs in the front?

Mind you, my mate Corsa C is a nightmare too. Think he had to take the front bumper off to change the side lights!!
Must have been a easier way!!

Passenger side is piss easy, i had to use that as an example to get it to go back together, the drivers side you have to move cables out of the way and pull apart the feed for the screen wash

On another note YOU CANNOT SEE HOW MUCH SCREEN WASH YOU HAVE! because it just dissapears into a funnel

Haha i agree, the fucking bottom connection on the radiator on the 306 is stupid, hard as anything to get off, been told its even harder to hook up. Can't wait.

mk2 mondeo's mk4 and mk5 fiesta's and ford focus all require the grill be be removed the headlight to be unbolted

and on top of that the focus headlight bolts from underneath

only thing that has improve is the brand new mondeo they realised the design is shit so... unclip 5 clips on the grill and pull 2 bars out and the headlight is in your hand spose its better than unbolting stuff all with rusted torx bolts

Most new cars are a ball ache to do stuff like this, probably because manufacturers want you to take them to the dealers to get charged £80 to fit a bulb

Try doing a cam belt on one, or a power steering pump on a 206.

Dont think those are as heard, still sure the bumper has to be pulled away from the body though?

Most new cars are a pain in the ass, like sum1 said up there, its to make labour wages for garages.
