Got an operation to repair a torn cartlidge in my knee next month and was wondering if anyones had the same and knows anything about recovery times?

no i havent personally but i have seen a few go at training and depending on how serve it is it can be up six months if you hae done damage to the crucial ligaments as well!

Nah mate, jsut the cartlidge thankfully.
Medial meniscus cartlidge if that means anything to anyone...

i havnt tore my cartilage, but did damage cartilage in my right knee about this time last year and its only just got better still aches a little after matches some times

I walked out of the hospital (mind you mine was grinding off some unwanted bones in the joint and a general clean out.....cos my knees are utterly shagged)
