me and my old man did it all. I know a guy who works at a local place called hopkinsons where they supply bathrooms and kitchens to places like B&Q etc so i got it really cheap. I paid £180 for the bathroom suit and he gave me an extra toilet and sink which i've put downstairs. Spent another £100 on tiles and flooring etc. Did all the plumbing myself. I reckon the whole room cost less than £400.

i'm doing maintenance work at a manufacturing plant for the time being. I would reccomend doing this if you get on with the right company but you dont wanna be a sparky for the rest of your life. My company paid me to go to college 1 day a week for the last 7 years and now i have a HND in engineering which should get me a better job in the near future. I could have gone on to do a degree also but i'm not that academic. If you want to be a contracting spark there is allot of money to be made. I was gonna do this but I found allot of the work to be repetative and boring. Being a sparky is like being a doctor in a way as there are loads of different areas you could specialise in. Its all down to your personal choice what you want to get into.

thats awesome colin, really nice. I was gonna go for somethin similar but i decided to sell the house and i'm not sure the dark tiles are to everyones taste although i like them.
Its a pain in the arse when your doing a place up to sell it coz i've been known to have different taste than most people so if i do somethin i like but its a bit different any viewers might think "god that looks gash"

Nice, toilet roll is on the wrong way though - If I use the loo round a friend/familys house and their loo roll is that way round I take it off, swap it over and put it back

No really I do!

I'm not even sure if it can stay in there - there is no natural light in to that room, need to leave the door open to the hall and even that isn't the brightest.
