Ah crumbs, Jade noticed a damp patch on the kitchen ceiling yesterday, looked outside & no tiles are missing. Went up into the loft today & theres water running down the chimney & onto the timber truss then into the house, the back chimney is the same but not as bad. Probably need to get the lead flashings around them re-sealed or at worst replaced.....wonder what this will cost me

Surely the problem should be dealt with by the management company then?

If its not the lead flashings , it may be the roughcast (presuming that your chimneys are roughcasted)

No leaseholds in scotland!
No ground rent!
I own the flat the roof & the gardens around it...no one else involved!!
