Hi guys, just brought a 1.6 16v sport on a T plate and been offered some Corsa C sxi rims with 195/45's... not really keen on the style but seeing as I wanna go for the black and red theme and they're already black and CHEAP, i'm kinda tempted.

does anyone have any pics of some sports on black sxi rims or normal ones? i can photoshop them to see what it looks like then.

aye really like yours phil, looks sweet and the colour is mint i just need to see if it looks good on a red car lol i'll try do summat on photoshop unless anyone else knows of a red post 97 car on sxi rims?

Sorry, don't know of any in red.

Here is mine:



Both Phil and myself are running 195/45 tyres as well, compared with the standard 185/55 found on these wheels on the Corsa C.

yeah the lower profiles do make them look better, still cant decide if i like the style... i think its cuz im used to astra gls wheels with 195/45's on my old corsa i've just sold lol

cant deny yours looks the bollocks on them though! the body colour suits them fantastically.

done a bodge photoshop but... not as good as seeing the real thing i spose lol

right bodge but cant seem to get the colours to match lol.. this is my actual new car (shite pic i know) and bodged sxi rims on.

why dont you try colouring another car red, it will prob be easier to change colour of car to get the best effect althoug it takes awhile

black wheels on red cars look ace IMO, but id deff ogo for satin black wheels

nice one mark, yea these sxi rims have been done in satin black funnily enough...they've got yoko a539's on with good tread and they're fair cheap so i may aswell buy 'em anyway lol
