Well i am currently out of work and my cousin wants his Hyundai coupe spraying so i said i would do it for £200 including materials, and it gives me something to do other than look for a job

This is what it looks like at the moment as std



There are a couple of small dent in the bonnet which i am planning on smoothing out and once the car is resprayed a different colour, then i am having a go at spraying the std alloys white.

I have managed to strip the car down today and advised any amatuer to stay well clear of hyundai coupe's

they are a bitch to take apart, the design of the mounts and fixings must have been created by stevie wonder they are appauling design.

some pics of her stripped abit ?

best get in touch with ma cousin ask him what colour he wants it spraying

Finally picked a colour from a list of about a million, Picked a Motor Bike colour, Suzuki Metallic Blue [120]

First coat on,

Nice, i'm about to speay my bumpers soon - colour code. I was told not to laquer them ? Should i ?

i always find laquer easier than basecoat!!

i like doing laquer cos it all looks nice and shiny after!!

Depend what colour and type of paint your using, if its metalic then yes it will need laquering, what colour you spraying.

Well thats the car sprayed with lacquer, just gotta wait for it to harden then can polish her up and show her off

looks pretty good in pics, u stripping it then again and re laquering?!?! sounds alot of work!!! will it not flat back to get polish up if thats the prob??

i managed to re-flat the roof, bonnet and rear end, possibly the front wings.

ds an ps doors are gonna be stripped down and redone from scratch
