I've been to a couple of Black Tie events at the Hilton in Newcastle and I must say I've been to better. Drinks were overpriced, food was poor albeit the service was first class it still didn't make up for what was an overall poorly hosted event

At the airport i've stayed at the Hilton and Bewleys, Bewleys is half the price and better imo.

It changed hands now, called Room and its dropped in standards..Im looking for around 50 people..I would get a smaller place make it look busier tho haha

Is there a 'village' hotel and lesuir club around there? I have known people to hold things in these places and have always returned with good feedback!
