They only used 45 notes. Hardly accurate relating to the number of notesd there must be in Ireland.

Cocaine is cool. It's as cool as going to a grotty night club and pretending to be rich by buying everyone champagne.

Did anyone hear about the northern bank robbery? A gang made off with millions and so far none of it has been spent and no one has been caught for it.

Who the hell came up with that figure.

100% of used notes.

What is 'used'? Year old? Month old? I got it out of the cash machine 10 minutes ago when it was new, its now 10 minutes 'used', and I hold it in my hand not in contact with any other money - and it has cocaine on?

Clearly it doesn't, and while it is one item in a sample of all notes, the remaining notes even if they all do contain it cannot add up to 100% of the sample!

I wouldn't even consider putting my name to such a claim! Mathematically impossible!

45 items in the sample and they are making such claims? Do these people possess GCSE Maths?

just a bit of sensationalist journalism normally exhibited by the tabloid chip wrappers.

Everybody goes and tells their friends everyone in Ireland is a coke head interpreted from that 1 headline.

It can't be spent as they know the numbers on the notes.
And they also brought out new notes, to stop the old ones being used.

What planet is anyone who hasn't heard about that from?

Do you check the numbers on every note you have been given when your taking payment for something?

They can spend it, it just means they are easily tracable by the police.
