Been told today that the lovely people who decide how we earn our commision have given us a new structure after the abismal performance of the last 3 months and many people walking out and leaving. They promised it would change, they changed it but its still the same so i am looking at getting paid commision at about 2 months out of 12.

This is as you can imagine a pretty surefire way of getting all your staff to leave....

So i need a new job. I only have management and retail experience worked MVC and Orange, did get paid alot and get private healthcare all free.

But its just being run by fuckwits now, and in the last 3 months i have been financially ruined so what area should i look into?

that dont really help tho does it Kif

Jdawg.. write out a CV. A REAL GOOD ONE.

then if you still want retail then hit the streets and hand in to places. otherwise go through an agency.

Reed are good. got me a job within 2 days and i was there for 1 1/2 years

start some temping up and get some new skillz under your belt.

Bear in mind that some agencies just don't want to know! With your experience they may be more willing to help though!

I tried Man Power, Adeco and Kellys, plus another that required at least 1 years office experience. None got back in touch with me. I bet if I went in now with over 9 months office experience they would be more helpful!!

sucks about Orange

hope you find something else sharpish.
don't be rash though. hold fire until you find something else unless you really can't bare it.

what about pub manager type jobs? the hours suck and all that but i reckon you'd be excellent at it, and it must be worth a laugh. (apart from joe public)

yeah i put CV into 5 places.

2 came back. Reed was instant and the other took 3 months.

just need to put yourself out there and spam them.
they sometimes get you to do data entry tests to see how accurate and fast you can type. stuff like that

When I worked for Orange a few years ago, it was shit then - it's always been run by fuckwits, especially the moron at the top.

Reed, Addecco and Select have been the best for me

Select got me my current job, still here 2 and a half years later

Like everyones said, do your cv and give it to anyone with a hand, or a mouth
