how the hell do i do it because its really stressing me out now...

On the above link it says "If you do not have or do not know your user name and password simply use your name, date of birth and home postcode to login."

So i put the details in and i get...

"We could not find your details in our system, please amend your details and try again"

ALL I WANT IS THERE FUCKING NUMBER TO CONTACT THEM ON AND IT ASKS ME TO SIGN UP!!!
