Ok, basically the ideas are:

Another Grasshopper (location has a proven track record and the majority seem okay with it)

Santa Pod - the current dates that we can do the Pod in feb are:

Sun 11th - RWYB
Sat 17th - Late Night RWYB
Sun 18th - RWYB
Sun 25th - RWYB

This means it will not be a first sunday of the month thing, instead it will be whenever we want, I feel that if we do the Pod then it MUST be our monthly meet because knowing you lot (yes you), turning up to two events in one month may be abit too much hassle!! I will also propose to other regions to meet up there so we can all hold hands and hug, this will include South Central, Midlands, and wheerever Ash is.

New Location - I've got an idea or two up my sleave, the first being the pub near my house and near Perfect Touch. The pub is called the Fish and Eels and seems pretty friendly, easy sit down and go up and pay for your meal type system. There is a large public car park oppisite over the road so we would park there and banter, then go in for some tucker. For those of you who didn't go to perfect touch its near/in Hoddesdon in Hertfordshire. I'm reccomending this thread purely because I know the area and how things are ran, and if things go to shit we'll end up in my farm yard

Open to other suggestions, but no guess work here boys and girls - I want places you KNOW we can nest in and chill

Its 2007 (thread title)

If you're gonna hold a meet at the POD can I suggest bringing in the EM region too?

a) edited, well spotted - I'm stuck in last year!
b) read my post, if we do the pod then other regions will be invited (one of the reasons for holding it there)

my choice would be grasshopper so that i can come but i would only be there for banter and no food

if its at the pod i dont think i would be able to go what with new baby etc

So far so Pod, it would be a nice kick start to the year imho. Throughout last year there were many pod meets and it was very spur of the moment and always good.

To think, all the times I've been to the pod (handful or more I'd say) I've never ran my car up the strip

well my cricket club were invited to a number of international cricket tournement around the world, and we decided that we should take up the invitation of a torunement that is played in estonia ona frozen lake.
